Golf Performance Clinic

In recent years there has been a radical shift in how individuals physically prepare for golf. Individuals of all ages and abilities are using exercise based interventions to help improve their health on, and off the course.

The Golf Performance Clinic is run by Andrew Nicholettos.

Andy has played golf for over 20 years; his course record stands at an impressive five under par.

He has worked with golfers from all major tours, and has consulted across Europe and the UAE. Andy previously worked as the head of Strength and Conditioning and Sports Medicine for Northamptonshire County Golf, he is one of a select number of Nike Golf Performance specialists to operate in the word, and is author of the text ‘a movement in golf performance’.  

The golf performance clinic is open to golfers of abilities, and is scaled to your specific ideas, ideals and expectations.
