Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings

Welcome to Summertown Clinic’s online booking system, powered by Nookal. By using this service to book consultations and classes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made online for consultations and classes offered at Summertown Clinic.
• Please ensure all personal and payment details are entered accurately during the booking process.
• If you have any special requirements or concerns, contact us directly before your appointment or class.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment may be required at the time of booking or in person at the clinic, depending on the service selected.
• Any outstanding fees must be settled before the appointment.
• By booking an appointment you understand that you are solely responsible for the payment of the fees even if you have alternative sources of payment (insurance, work etc.).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Summertown Clinic has a clear cancellation policy to ensure fair access for all clients:

• Appointments or classes cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charges.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments will incur a fee of £30 or class cost.

To cancel or reschedule your booking:

• Log in to the online booking system.

• Our booking system is powered by Nookal, a third-party platform. By using this system, you also agree to Nookal’s terms of service.
• While we strive to ensure the system runs smoothly, we are not responsible for technical issues arising from the platform.

7. Liability

• All services booked online are subject to availability and the suitability of the treatment for your needs.
• Summertown Clinic and its practitioners hold appropriate qualifications and insurance to deliver the services offered. However, all treatments are provided subject to professional assessment.

8. Right to Refuse or Amend Bookings

• Summertown Clinic reserves the right to refuse or amend bookings for any reason, including but not limited to practitioner availability or suitability of the requested service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our online booking system, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
