Hypnotherapy does work – it really is all in your mind!
Ever since I started driving I have always panicked on motorways, going out of my way to find alternative routes. But when I started a new job where the quickest route to work was down the M40, I decided things had to change. I went to see Linda Flanigan at Summertown Clinic and over the last 3 months, with 4 sessions, she has guided me through hypnosis and other techniques to help me overcome my fears and give me confidence in other situations. I am now driving on the M40 with confidence, which has saved me miles and time every day! I am so proud of what I have achieved, with Linda’s help, and would recommend her to anyone.
