When initial contact is made Abi will have an initial brief chat with you, then if appropriate we will arrange an initial consultation appointment. This is treated with complete confidentiality and only if you are happy to do so.

In the first session Abi takes a case history and we discuss the most relevant treatment plan ….If there is time we may begin with using various techniques, models to start to work through the presenting issue/challenge.

Following this, where appropriate, Abi may send various resources for you to look at and refer to (reading and auditory). We then have the agreed amount of follow-up appointments …and continue to review.
